My Call Handling

Decide what happens when someone calls you — go heads-down with Do-Not-Disturb, send everything to another number, or chain a find-me / follow-me hunt across your phones.

Do Not Disturb
Send every incoming call straight to your voicemail without ringing any device. Toggle it off when you're back.
CURRENTLY: —

Forward all calls

// off

Unconditionally ring a different number (e.g. your mobile) for every call. Leave off to use your normal devices and rules.

Forwarding
No forward number set

Find me / Follow me

// ring in order

When you don't pick up, your line rings these destinations one after another, top to bottom. The last step usually drops to voicemail.

Steps ring top-to-bottom when you don't pick up. Add “Voicemail” as the last step to take a message.

Endpoints

My Devices

The phones and apps registered to your line. For your security, SIP passwords are never shown here — to add a new device, ask your administrator, who can issue fresh credentials.

Set up a new device

A SIP phone or softphone needs a username and a one-time password to register. Those credentials are issued by your administrator and shown only once at creation.

Ask your admin to provision a device on your extension. They'll send you a SIP username and a one-time SIP password.
Open your softphone (or desk phone web UI) and add a new SIP account using the server / domain, username, and password they gave you.
Save and register. Within a few seconds the device appears above as Registered — and your line rings on it.
